Training Runs
The countdown to ASICS Run Melbourne 2025 has officially begun!
Training should be more than just a challenge – it should be exciting, motivating, and something you genuinely enjoy. That’s why we’re thrilled to launch our Run Melbourne Training Runs starting Tuesday, 13 May.
We love supporting our runners and will be with you every step of the way to ensure your training is not only effective but also fun.
Let’s do this!

About the Training Runs
Our training runs cater to the long distance athlete, the running rookie and everything in between.
The sessions are led by our passionate Run Leaders, who will be there to support you every step of the way during your time with them. It’s a place where you not only have an opportunity to get expert advice and improve your PB (if that’s what you want!), but also a place where you can meet with other people from the running community and make new friends while you challenge each other.
